Community Supportive Services Program

The goal of the Wheeler Creek Community Development Corporation
(CDC) Community Supportive Services Program (CSSP) is to provide
public housing residents with support networks and resources
that are vital in the progression from dependency to self-sufficiency.
Wheeler Creek Estates CDC employs professionally trained case
managers who assist in identifying areas of social and economic
need through family assessments and providing the appropriate
services through on-site programming and referrals.

The CSSP Program addresses social and economic concerns in
the areas of Housing, Employment, Education, Health, Financial Literacy and Small Business Training.
This holistic approach allows participants the opportunity
to grow and develop skills to enhance their personal and community
quality of life.
